Any referral that is made through the Referral Group and involves a completed fee will have a referral payment available to you.

It is very important to choose a good Conveyancing Solicitor to look after the sale (and purchase) of a property. For most people, this is one of the biggest transactions they will carry out and because of this, it is very important that potential clients shop around to make the best choice for themselves.

HOW IT WORKS
Referring someone could not be simpler or easier. Once agreed, fill in the Referral Form and send it through. We will pass the referral to the best option for the client and they mwill be contacted. Once it has been confirmed as a referred contact we will contact you to let you know what sort of fee to you will be available when the business is completed.
Once Property Referral Group have been paid the referral fee we will contact you to arrange the transfer of your payment. PLEASE NOTE All payments are made by Bank Transfer and should always be declared to HMRC etc.
